We offer two types of service to landlords depending on the level of involvement required. Please see below the breakdown of each service and don't hesitate to get in touch should you have any questions.

Tenant Find

£700 + VAT (£840 inc. VAT)

Our ‘Tenant Find’ service is for landlords who are local and willing to be 'hands on' with the management.


This service includes the following:

  • Property marketing across major websites

  • Professionally created brochures inc. floor plans

  • ‘To Let’ board (if required)

  • 100% accompanied viewings

  • Comprehensive tenant referencing

  • Drawing up of tenancy agreements

  • Detailed ‘third party’ condition inventory

  • Accompanied formal check in with tenants

  • Council tax and utilities change over

  • Registering and release of deposit

  • ‘Post Move-In Pack’ enclosing all relevant information

Fully Managed

Set up fee of £500 + VAT (£600 inc. VAT)

Plus £80 + VAT (£96 inc. VAT) each month the property is occupied

Our ‘Full Management’ service is designed to offer our landlords the option of stepping back from the process whilst we deal with the day to day management of the property. 

Our ‘Full Management’ service includes everything involved with the tenant find process as detailed above in addition to the following:

  • Organisation of repairs, quotations and contractual work if needed

  • Arrangement of annual compulsory gas and smoke alarm safety checks

  • Rent collection and payment

  • Landlord rent allocation statements

  • Third party inspections

  • Official notice to vacate letters served (if required)

  • Check out report upon end of tenancy

  • Full assistance with deposit handling
