At Brantons our handpicked team was specially selected for their individual strengths and exceptional core skills. The settled team has now been together for several years which ensures continuity of service to our clients.
Christopher Grier
Prior to Brantons, Christopher had an impressive track record in the property industry, starting as a sales negotiator in 2001.
After launching and managing a busy city centre office for a well-known chain of estate agents, the office won 'sales office of the year in only its second year of trading.
In 2006 with his brother Jonathan, Christopher opened his own franchised agency in the Waterside area of Southampton, the office went on to win three 'sales office of the year awards' in a row, within the franchise network.
In 2012 valuing the importance of being an independent Christopher and his brother sold the franchise and opened Brantons.

Jonathan Grier
After leaving hotel management and returning to the area, Jonathan embarked on his Estate Agency career in 2003.
Initially working for a local chain of estate agents, Jonathan opened a franchised estate agency with his brother Christopher.
After considerable success and establishing the business as 'market leader' Jonathan felt it was time for a new challenge.
Keen to offer clients the highest possible levels of service, Jonathan launched Brantons Independent, again working alongside his brother.

Jack Molyneux
Jack is our ‘Sales Coordinator’ and his sole focused role is to liaise with buyers, sellers and solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish.
Jack is a well organised and effective communicator and he has plenty of experience with often complex property chains.
Our feedback questionnaires underline Jack's enthusiasm for his role as he is regularly mentioned in a very positive light by our clients.
Jack lives in Eling with his partner Stephanie and his interests include playing golf, skiing and travelling to explore new places.
Adam Folkes
Adam brought a wealth of experience in estate agency when he joined Brantons after working for a local corporate estate agent.
He is our ‘Senior Sales Negotiator’ and is quick to identify individual client’s needs when searching for their dream home.
Adam's personable character has made him popular with both buyers and sellers alike.
Adam has lived locally for many years and is his interests include playing football and socialising with friends.
Andrew Turpin
Andrew joined the Brantons team in 2012 and, with an adept knowledge of computer systems, he brought a wealth of administrative experience to the company.
Andrew is now at the forefront of our lettings department, professional photography/floorplan brochure production, website management and administration.
He takes great pride in his work and strongly believes in going the extra mile to deliver the highest standard of service for our clients.
Andrew lives in central Totton and his hobbies include playing guitar and exploring the great outdoors.
